Two U.S. Air Force C-130Js arrived in Nuuk, Greenland, Monday, unloading vehicles and personnel for U.S. Second Lady Usha Vance’s visit this week.
Additional police officers from the Netherlands also arrived earlier. Notably, White House National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright will visit a U.S. base on the island.
Greenland’s Prime Minister Mute B. Egede has described the visit as “highly aggressive.”
