Grief struck the Charedi community in Manchester, England, on Tuesday, following the tragic death of R’ Lipa Tomlin, a 37-year-old musician. Lipa died after falling from a height while on vacation in Cyprus.

According to close friends, Lipa was traveling with his wife and a relative. Just a few days prior to the incident, he had celebrated his birthday.

Lipa was a well-known and cherished figure in the Manchester Jewish community. He was known for his joyful personality and for bringing life to many events through his music and singing. His presence uplifted those around him.

He is survived by his wife and four children.
