Degel Hatorah’s lawmakers signed resignation forms late Monday night, as seen in pictures published by the party.

MKs Moshe Gafni, who leads the party, Yaakov Asher, Yitzhak Pindrus, Eliyahu Bruchi, as well as Deputy Transportation Minister Uri Maklev, all signed their resignation papers.

The papers will be submitted to Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana’s office.

As a result of the decision to leave the coalition, Gafni will step down from his role as chairman of the Knesset Finance Committee.

Degel’s United Torah Judaism partner Agudas Yisrael also resigned after the government failed to deliver on its promises regarding the Charedi conscription law.
