B’chasdei Hashem, there is positive news regarding the condition of Hagaon Harav Meir Greinman shlita (93), the last living nephew of the Chazon Ish zt”l.

Following his sudden hospitalization on Leil Shabbos due to a cardiac event, the Rav successfully underwent surgery earlier today for the implantation of a pacemaker.

Medical sources told Bechadrei Charedim that the procedure went well. The Rav has since been transferred out of the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit to a regular ward for continued observation.

B’ezras Hashem, doctors are optimistic about his progress and report that he is expected to be discharged to his home later this week to continue his recovery.

While the news is encouraging, the public is called upon to continue davening for (Rav) Meir ben Tzvia for a Refuah Sheleimah.
