U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee delivered strong criticism of France and the United Kingdom on Thursday, denouncing their efforts to pressure Israel into ending its military campaign in Gaza and focusing on humanitarian relief.

In an interview with Army Radio, Huckabee declined to say whether the U.S. intends to counter these moves, but expressed deep frustration.

“I’m outraged,” he said, referencing World War II. “The two countries need to go back and remember their history,” he added, stating that they “bombed Germany” rather than seeking a draw — leading to “a decisive victory.”

Huckabee accused Paris and London of “hypocrisy,” arguing that calls to end the war without fully defeating Hamas would permit the terror group to “claim they won.”
