The Israeli military reported Thursday that its aircraft targeted Hezbollah terrorists’ weapons depot in Lebanon’s eastern Beqaa Valley. The strike was conducted separately from a prior operation in the southern village of Toul.
According to the IDF, the facility stored rocket launchers and other weaponry. The military confirmed the presence of Hezbollah terrorists at the site before launching the airstrike.
In addition to the Beqaa Valley operation, the IDF said it struck rocket launchers deployed by Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.
These activities, the military stated, represent “a blatant violation of the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.”
Earlier the same day, the IDF said it carried out a drone strike in the southern Lebanese town of Rab Thalathin, which killed a Hezbollah terrorist.
Since the ceasefire with Lebanon took effect in November 2024, more than 150 Hezbollah fighters have been killed in Israeli strikes, according to reports.
