NEW POLL: More Than Half of Israelis Still See Iran as Threat

A recent survey conducted by Kan News in Israel shows that a majority still believe Iran to be a threat even after Operation Rising Lion and the US’ strike on the terror-sponsoring country’s underground nuclear facilities.

The poll indicates that 55% of those asked continue to be concerned about the Iranian threat to Israel. Conversely, 42% reported no such worry, with 3% undecided.

Regarding the recent strike on Iran, the survey found a divided public. 48% of respondents believe the strike was significant in hindering Iran’s nuclear capabilities, while 30% did not. 22% stated they did not know.

On the question of whether Israel should halt its current conflict with Iran, 45% of those surveyed answered yes, while 40% answered no. 15% were unsure.

A clearer consensus emerged concerning the war in Gaza, with 62% of Israelis surveyed stating that the war should end. 22% believe it should not, and 16% were undecided.
