Man Jumps Out Hotel Window to Flee Argument with Partner:

In a scene captured on surveillance video in Hunan Province, China, a man took an extreme measure to escape an argument with his partner by leaping through a first-floor hotel window.

The incident, which occurred earlier this month, shows the man surviving the fall and fleeing the scene. Though its unclear if he survived the relationship.

The man later returned to the hotel and paid for the damaged window, earning praise from the hotel management for his responsibility. No charges were filed.

Local authorities confirmed the two were a couple but did not disclose the cause of their dispute—perhaps a squabble over who used up the hotel’s free WiFi minutes?
