Names of 3 out of 4 Petach Tikva Residents Hy”d Murdered in Iranian Missile Strike Confirmed

Daisy Yitzhaki Hy”d, 85, and Yaakov Hy”d and Hadassah Belo Hy”d, were identified Tuesday as victims in a missile impact that struck Petach Tikvah on Monday.

The Belo couple were identified by their son, Ofir, who lives in Brazil.

The missile struck an apartment building. The fourth victim is unknown at this time.

Ynet reports that Yitzhaki’s caregiver was also wounded in the direct hit.

“With deep sorrow and great pain, we bow our heads together with all city residents over the cruel murder of four Petah Tikva residents in yesterday’s deadly missile barrage,” said Mayor Rami Greenberg.

Ofir Belo shared the tragic news on Facebook, writing that he is in “total shock.”

The Belo couple had been taking shelter in their safe room when the missile, fitted with a powerful warhead, struck their apartment directly, tearing through the protected space.
