After the release of another group of hostages and in anticipation of the upcoming negotiations on the continuation of the agreement, which includes a demand to end the war, Prime Minister Netanyahu announces that he has received President Trump’s approval to continue the effort to eliminate Hamas.
“Once again, we saw what the Hamas monsters are capable of,” Prime Minister Netanyahu said in a video statement, which he recorded during Shabbos. “These are the same monsters who massacred our citizens and tortured our hostages. And I say to them again: their blood is on their hands.”
Regarding the continuation of the deal, which involves 76 hostages waiting to be released from Gaza, Netanyahu stated: “We will do everything we can to bring all our hostages home. We will ensure their safety. This is the instruction I gave to the delegation – to convey this message to the mediators and demand it.”
“But beyond that,” Netanyahu added, “President Trump completely agrees with me: We will do everything to bring all the hostages home, but Hamas will not be there. We will eliminate Hamas and bring our hostages back. This is the instruction – and this is what we will do.”
