A Nevada man was slapped with a terror-related charge for allegedly threatening to kill Jewish people in an online message board last month, according to court documents.

Last week, Michael Tomasino, 38, was indicted by a grand jury in Clark county on a charge of making threats or conveying false information concerning an act of terrorism, after admitting to posting threats on an anonymous message board with a large population of extremist and hateful members.

The messages were posted on March 11, which included a declaration that Tomasino would kill Jews and then take his own life. .

“I’m an antisemite and I’m going to kill as many as you…as I can before I commit suicide,” the post said, according to police who spoke with KLAS, a local CBS affiliate.

The FBI, after learning of the posts, notified the Southern Nevada Counter Terrorism Section, who identified Tomasino as the author using internet records to find the source of the user’s account who posted the screed.

When questioned, Tomasino “quickly admitted to posting antisemitic content” daily, police said.

Tomasino remained in custody as of Tuesday, KLAS reported.
