President-elect Donald Trump is planning to implement severe sanctions against the International Criminal Court (ICC) immediately after taking office.
According to a new report by Israel Hayom, the sanctions will target ICC personnel and operations, freezing U.S.-based assets, restricting financial activities, and classifying the ICC as a threat to U.S. interests.

The Trump administration also aims to rally allies to reject ICC arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials, putting pressure on the court to withdraw these warrants during appeal proceedings.
The executive orders could be unveiled as soon as January 21, just one day after Trump’s inauguration, according to Israel Hayom.
