US President Donald Trump is expected to sign an executive order today, aimed at combating antisemitism, instructing federal agencies to identify ways to address the issue, including deporting anti-Jewish activists who have broken the law, according to an exclusive report by the New York Post.
The order requires agency leaders to provide recommendations within 60 days and outlines plans for the Justice Department to investigate pro-Hamas graffiti and intimidation, including on college campuses, the NYP reported.
Notably, the executive order also calls for the deportation of resident aliens, including students with visas, who have broken laws during anti-Israel protests after the October 7, 2023, evil terrorist attacks in Israel, which led to the invasion of Gaza.
In an exclusive statement to Bleaaz, Jewish University activists Shabbos Kestenbaum said in response to the planned Trump executive order combatting antisemitism:
“This executive order is yet another promise made that will be a promise kept under the Trump administration. It is excellent news for Jewish students who’ve been battling antisemitism on their college campuses. We hope that the deportations of foreign students who violated American laws will begin promptly. Many of us students have already identified such law breakers and look forward to working with the White House to finally tackle antisemitism aggressively”, Kestenbaum said.

Executive order is almost identical to this bill introduced last year in the House:
In April 2024, Congresswoman Beth Van Duyne introduced the Hamas Supporters Have No Home Here Act to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act by expanding removability from the United States to include any crime committed during participation in a pro-terrorist or antisemitic rally.
