In an unusual move, an Egyptian TV anchor questioned a Hamas official on the terror group’s claims that most fatalities in the Gaza war are civilians.
The anchor, reporting for the Al-Qahera channel, seen as close to the Egyptian government, asked Khalil Dakran, a Hamas spokesperson for the Gaza Health Ministry if most of the people killed during Monday night’s airstrikes in Gaza have been civilians or member of “resistance factions.”
Dakran responded that most of the injured arriving at hospitals are women, children, and the elderly, though the terrorists have no evidence of this.
Hamas does not differentiate between members of terror groups and civilians in their casualty counts, which themselves are not vetted by any third parties.
