TEHILLIM: Grodno Rosh Yeshiva and Moetzes Member, Hagaon Harav Yitzchak Hacker Shlita

A major, sudden deterioration has been reported in the medical condition of the Grodno Rosh Yeshiva, Hagaon Harav Yitzchak Hacker shlita, a member of the Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah of Degel HaTorah.

According to reports from Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer, the Rosh Yeshiva lost consciousness near midnight on Motzoei Shabbos. He has been hurriedly transferred to the Intensive Care Unit, where his condition is described as critical.

Family members have reportedly gathered around his bedside at the hospital, according to Bechadrei Charedim.

This deterioration follows a complex medical procedure the Rosh Yeshiva underwent this past Thursday, which involved the amputation of part of his leg due to a severe infection.

The Rosh Yeshiva, who is the son-in-law of the legendary Rosh Yeshiva of Ponevezh, Hagaon Harav Shmuel Rozovsky zt”l, is in need of immediate rachmei shamayim.

The tzibur is asked to daven for (Rav) Yitzchak ben Nechama, for a refuah shleima b’soch sha’ar cholei Yisrael.
