Early this morning, three more Israeli hostages were released from Gaza in two phases, along with a group of five Thai foreign workers who were also taken hostage while working in Gaza’s fields.

First, Agam Berger, the last female soldier held in Gaza, was released in the Jabalia neighborhood. She was surrounded by Hamas terrorists as she emerged from the rubble and was handed over to the Red Cross before being transferred to Israel, where she met with her parents and was then taken to a hospital in central Israel to be examined.

About an hour later, Arbel Yehud and Gadi Moses, along with the five foreign workers, were released in a difficult operation that lasted over an hour due to violent clashes in the area.

Videos showed large crowds of Gaza residents surrounding the Hamas terrorists and the Red Cross vehicles, making it challenging for the hostages to pass through. The hostages were surrounded by armed terrorists during their release.

In Israel, there was outrage over the difficult release, and a strong message was sent to the Qatari mediators, stating that such releases would not be allowed to continue in this manner. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu issued a strong statement saying: “This is further proof of the unimaginable cruelty of the Hamas terror organization. Anyone who dares to harm our hostages – their blood is on their hands.”
