US President Donald Trump indicated Wednesday that developments regarding the Gaza situation may be announced soon, stating, “there’s a lot of talk going on about Gaza right now, so you’ll be knowing probably in the next 24 hours.”

Trump made the comment to reporters during an appearance in the Oval Office, responding to a question he appeared to only partially hear. The inquiry was related to whether he plans to introduce a new proposal for a hostage deal ahead of his expected trip to the region next week.

Meanwhile, the U.S. State Department announced that an update concerning the possible resumption of aid to Gaza is expected later this week, suggesting ongoing diplomatic efforts behind the scenes.

When asked if the United States supports allowing Iran to retain a limited nuclear enrichment program, Trump replied, “We haven’t made that decision yet. We will.”

Earlier this week, Trump emphasized that the objective of his administration’s nuclear discussions with Iran is the “total dismantlement” of the country’s nuclear program. However, he also signaled willingness to permit Iran to continue developing nuclear energy for civilian use.
