Two Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) reservists, Yuri Eliaspov and Georgi Andreyev, have been arrested by Shin Bet and Police for allegedly spying for Iran.

They’re accused of leaking sensitive air defense information, including a video of the Iron Dome system, under the guidance of an Iranian handler.

Eliaspov, who served in an Iron Dome unit, faces serious charges, including aiding the enemy during wartime, which carries a potential life imprisonment. He allegedly received only $3,500 for his actions, while Andreyev got even less.

Andreyev, who was recruited by his friend Eliaspov, served in the IDF’s headquarters in Tel Aviv.

The two suspects also spray-painted pro Iran graffiti and hung banners in Tel Aviv, which was shown in an Iranian propaganda video a few months ago.
